Courtney Sullivan was born and raised in Woodstock, Illinois. She is a local musician who performs in the Chicagoland area. Her acoustic style of music covers a wide range of hits from the 1960’s to today, with a few original songs sprinkled in. You can find Courtney singing solo, with her duo partner, Chris Kalkbrenner or with her band Sullivan Street Band at many locations in McHenry County.

Chris Kalkbrenner is from Lake Zurich, Illinois and has been playing the guitar for 25 years. He has been teaching professionally for over 20 years and many of his students have gone on to have successful careers themselves teaching and performing locally. Chris studied privately with Tom Hess of the Tom Hess Music Corporation local virtuoso George Bellas and also attended Harper College in Palatine, Illinois. Chris currently lives and teaches in Cary, IL and performs regularly with Woodstock, IL singer/songwriter Courtney Sullivan.
