Jane Tomsett is a singer/songwriter who lives in Colchester, Essex. Jane came to Off Square Music via our Every Saturday Virtual Open Mic where she frequently performs her work.

Two of Jane’s original songs have been included on two separate Pocket Gods and Friends 100×30 albums:

  • the Shakespeare Versus Streaming album and
  • the 100XMAS30 album

Jane’s writing style covers a wide range of musical genres including rock, pop, country, folk, Americana, AOR, and dance.

Jane enjoys live performing and has often been accompanied by lead guitarist Paul Danson. She has performed at various venues including The Hard Rock Café in London, Lock 17 in Camden, Live at The Stage Door in Waterloo, The Roadtrip and Workshop in Old Street, and The Stuart Low Trust in Islington.

She also performed at events organized by The Matchstick Project in Colchester, The Quay Theatre Bar Acoustic Sessions in Sudbury, Suffolk, and at The Virtually Acoustic’s event held at The Library Pub in Islington.

Jane is currently in the process of recording her first album with her producer, Stu E Skinner.
