Sundays on the Square Info

Off Square Music is committed to bringing live music to the community. These free concerts are being held from 5-7 p.m. every Sunday through September. Check our website and our Facebook page to see who’s performing each week.

Sunday, September 27th will be our final outdoor concert in the series. Stay tuned for future events. We have some tentative plans for the fall and winter.

Tips are cheerfully accepted for the performers. There are two ways to tip them – by depositing cash into the tip bucket located on the ground in front of the bandstand; or by swiping the QR code with your phone. These are posted on several lamp posts around the park and also by the tip bucket. All tips go directly to the musicians.

Off Square Music thanks you for supporting live music.

COVID-19 and Live Music

It’s up to all of us to slow the spread of COVID-19. All of Off Square Music’s events are postponed indefinitely. Stay up-to-date with public health guidelines from

On a much more positive note, because Off Square Music is dedicated to promoting and providing live music in our community, we want you to know that we are in the throes of brainstorming to ensure live music is brought to you by virtual means. Please stay tuned here and on our Facebook page. Thank you.

First Saturday Singalong and Open Mic – March 7, 2020

Sign yourself up to play on March 7th at 7 PM at Unity Spiritual Center, 225 W. Calhoun, Woodstock. Each performer or group gets 2 songs or 10 minutes.

As always, we not only enjoy lots of great music from the talented musicians in our area, including Laurel Palma greeting us on the piano and Gloria Burchfield preparing our fun sing-a-long halfway through the evening, but we also enjoy delicious food contributions from the sharing table. Thanks in advance to everyone who contributes.

If you love listening to live music, this is the best thing you can do on a Saturday evening! So sign up to play by emailing Andy Andrick ( If you forget to sign up early, you can also sign up that evening when you arrive.

Not performing? Bring your instrument anyway and join in on the sing-a-long. No instrument? No problem! You can still sing along with the words flashed up on the big screen — we promise you a fun evening!

With great music, good friends, food and fun, there’s not a better way to spend a Saturday evening. Bring your family, bring your friends, and bring yourselves. See you Saturday evening.

The Steve & Sylvia GoFundMe Account

First Saturday for October happened this week, and it was a special one.  Steve and Sylvia Francois attended and we were able to make a down payment on our go-fund me campaign to help them with medical expenses associated with Steve’s health.  I just want to let everyone know that the go-Fund me campaign is ongoing.  Our goal is $20,000 and we are about 70% of the way there.   If you are just hearing of this or have the means to give more, please consider helping in this worthwhile cause.  It is a gift to have the means to give.  Please share this message with others who know Steve and Sylvia or have fond memories of those Mast House days.
