Nancy Grobarek is a singer and acoustic guitar player. She sings solo or in a duet act in the Northwest Suburban area of Chicago and has been part of that music scene for the past several years. She plays at open mics, guitar jams, for stage performances, and in a large community choral group.
Nancy is a regular at Stage Left Open Mics and Every Saturday Virtual Open Mics.
Nancy’s genre is “Eclectic” and includes Folk, Rock, Pop, “a little bit of country,” and more.
Aloha Nancy! Glad to see you are thriving – still singing and playing guitar. I remember the day we (you, me, Gail, Rosie O’Connor maybe?) sat at the corner of Rogers Av and Ridge Blvd after school trying to think of a name for our first singing group. We saw a “Post No Bills” sign and decided that was an awesome name. Go figure!
